  • Cancellation Before Start: If the client cancels the project before any work has commenced.
  • Unmet Milestones: If specified milestones in the project timeline are not met due to BlueStoneGroup LLC’s actions, and no resolution is provided.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If the client decides to discontinue services after work has commenced.
  • Delays Caused by Client: If delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or access required to perform the agreed-upon work.
  • Performance Guarantees: SEO results are influenced by various factors beyond BlueStoneGroup LLC’s control. As such, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or outcomes and do not issue refunds based on unmet expectations of results.
  • Completed Work: Refunds are not issued for work that has already been completed and delivered.

3. Consumer Right to Cancel

  • If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without providing a reason, unless the exception below applies. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the completion of the Transaction. To comply with the deadline, you only need to notify us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires.
  • To cancel your order, you must notify BlueStoneGroup LLC of your decision. For prompt processing, please contact us. Please note that for single order or subscription services, the right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription and not to subsequent automatic renewals.
  • You may also notify us of your cancellation by using the model cancellation form below or by providing a clear and unambiguous statement through our available communication channels. If you submit your request via our online “Contact Us” form, we will promptly confirm receipt of your cancellation request.

4. Resolution and Refund Timeline

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where a portion of the work has been completed, BlueStoneGroup LLC reserves the right to offer a partial refund based on the scope of work already delivered.
